NATIONAL LOT TRANSFER PROGRAM
Through the International Cemetery Cremation and Funeral Association (ICCFA) Credit Exchange Plan for participating cemeteries separated by 75 miles or more, a dollar-for-dollar exchange of the paid up contract with a maximum credit of $3500.00 per transaction for non-personalized merchandise and $6000.00 per transaction credit for garden mausoleum purchases is offered. Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery is pleased to offer this program for its lot owners who may face a permanent change of residence of some distance.
CHILD PROTECTION PROGRAM
If a minor child (1-18 years old) of a lot owner at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery dies while the contract is being paid or when it is paid in full, the minor child will receive a burial space, vault and interment free of charge from Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery. A child under the age of one year will be buried in Baby Land with a vault and interment furnished free of charge.
FAMILY ASSURANCE PLAN
To be eligible for all of the mentioned benefits a 10% down payment is required for coverage of the Head of Household when purchasing a burial site through Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery. A 20% down payment will entitle the spouse of the Head of Household to be covered also. In the event of the death other than by his own hand of either one (10%) or the other (20%) while payment is being made and is current on account, all money owed to Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery on the current contract will be forgiven. Interment charges for both will be due at time of need, since adult interment charges are not part of the benefits.
MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN
With just a small amount of money down, you can set up an affordable monthly payment plan with Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery. Payment may be made monthly by cash or check, or for your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Payments may also be arranged for charging to the credit card of your choice on a monthly basis. With these flexible payment options through Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery, pre-planning is reasonable and convenient for everyone.
