Barbara Johnson-Weber

On Saturday, November 11, 2023, Barbara Johnson Weber went to her heavenly home. She was born February 25, 1936, in Pendleton, IN to James and Opal (Riggs) Johnson. Barbara was a lifelong musician, playing piano, organ, and singing at Whetstone Christian Church. She graduated from Pendleton High School in 1954.

Left to cherish her sweet memory are her children, Jon Weber, L Ann (Todd Shipley) Reeder, her grandchildren, Ethany (Patrick) Michaud, Ridge (Kimberly) Reeder, her great-grandchildren, Scarlett, Savannah, and Luke Reeder, her sister, Marilyn (Larry) McCarty, and several nieces and nephews. Barb was loved by many, including her “kissin’ cousins”, her Whetstone family, classmates from PHS ’54, and special friends, David and Cheryl Hardacre.

Visitation will be on Monday, November 20, 2023, from 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. at Whetstone Christian Church, 5940 Madison Avenue, Anderson, with funeral services at 12:00 P.M.
Burial will be in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Whetstone Christian Church in Barbara’s name.
