Betty L. Edwards

Betty graduated from Madison Heights High School, Class of 1961. She was a faithful member of Gospel Light Church. She enjoyed camping, crafts, her card club, spending time with family, and most importantly spending time with her "babies".

She worked for Hooks and CVS for 50 years and was known as the "CVS Lady".

Betty is survived by her sons, Robert DeLong and Christopher (Martie) Edwards; grandchildren, David Renner, Alexis Edwards, Lryic Edwards, Houston Edwards, Jewel Edwards; great-grandson, Gavin Kelly; siblings, Katherine Hamm, Norma Murdock, David (Kay) DeLong, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Cassie DeLong; husband, James Huston Edwards; daughter, Valerie Jo Edwards; siblings, Lawrence DeLong, Anna Dailey, Kenneth E. DeLong, and Frank DeLong, Jr.

Visitation will be held Thursday, February 9, 2023, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd St. Anderson, IN.

Services will be Friday, February 10, 2023, at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with Loyce Webb officiating.

Burial will take place in the Anderson Memorial Park.

Memorial contributions may be made to Gospel Light Church.
