Billy Ray Mullins

Billy served in the Navy Reserves.

He retired from General Motors in 1995 after 37 years of service.

Billy enjoyed woodworking, driving fast cars, and playing putt-putt golf with his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Carolyn Mullins, and his son, Billy.

Billy is survived by his children, Fred Scheiber (Becky), Randy Mullins (Debbie), Bobby Mullins, Annette Fields (Brooke), and Jeffrey Mullins (Valeri); his former daughter-in-law, JoAnna Mullins Spence (Randy); and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be on Saturday, April 15, 2023, at 1:00 P.M. at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery with military honors.
