Carol V. Steigerwalt

She was born on March 1, 1936 in Cicero, Indiana, the daughter of Walter and Grace (McVicker) Voss.

Carol worked at General Motors retiring in 1995 and also as an Registered Nurse at St. John’s Hospital for 16 years. She was a member of Ovid Community Church, enjoyed bingo and bowling, and knitting little caps for babies at the local hospital.

She is survived by her sons; Steve (wife, Cindy) Mossburg and Kevin (wife, Amy) Steigerwalt ; grandchildren Tom (Patty) Mossburg, Rick McCormick, Brian (Cat) Mossburg, Brittnay Mossburg, Luke Steigerwalt, Autumn (Bobby) Steigerwalt; great- grandchildren Jennifer, Charlie, Zeff, Sadie, Andy, Tate, Jordan, Lexi, Riley; great- great- grandchildren, Bentley, Cooper, Kaeson, Maverick, Richard; siblings, Mary Voss, Gene (wife, Roa Dee) Voss, Nancy( husband, David )Bright, and two sisters-in-law, Pam Voss and Shirley Voss.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Dave and Terry.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 7, 2022 at 1:30 PM at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Pastor David Bright officiating. Burial will follow at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Monday from 11:30- 1:30 at the funeral home. A Nursing Honor Guard Service will be held just prior to the funeral service.
