Charlotte A. Wise

Charlotte Ann Wise, 83, of Anderson, passed away on July 21, 2023, at her home. She was born on April 11, 1940, in Jefferson City, Tennessee.

Charlotte graduated from Elkhart High School. She was a lifelong Democrat and Union supporter.

She retired from Marsh Supermarkets as a cashier following 24 years of service.

Charlotte is survived by her children, Stephen D (Robin) Wise, and Lori Darrenkamp; grandchildren, Jeremy Tomlinson, Jordan Johnson, Jennifer (Justin) Wright, and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Anna Mae Ward, husband, Lewis Wise, and siblings, Robert S. Ward, Nina R. Ward, William W. Ward, and Charles E. Ward.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 26, 2023, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd St. Anderson, IN.

Services will be at 1:00 pm Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at the funeral home with Carroll McMahan officiating.

Entombment will take place in the Anderson Memorial Park.
