Cheryl Mae Geer, age 77, of Anderson passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family and friends. Cheryl fought a courageous battle against cancer over the last year.

Cheryl was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to all. She was known to many as "Grandma Mae." Grandma Mae lived a simple life of kindness, generosity and love to all she encountered. She treasured her time with her son, grandson, sister/brother, nieces/nephews, great nieces and nephews and friends. Cheryl was known throughout her family, friends and neighborhood as the person who always made sure you had what you needed- food, clothes, toys, bingo cards- you never left her house empty handed or items would be delivered to your house when least expected.

She was a loving devoted mother to Dennis Little (Dianna), New Castle. A loving Grandmother to Dusty Little, Markleville. She leaves behind a special friend and long-time companion, Rick Hendrickson, Anderson. She was a cherished sister to Carol Norris, Anderson and Dave (Teresa) Etchison, Anderson. She loved her nieces and nephews, Kim (Tonya) Fetty, Anderson; Trent (Ashley) Snyder, Lemont, Illinois; Chad (Alexa) Norris, Anderson; and Matt (Jessica) Norris, Fairmount.

Cheryl was preceded in death by a special nephew, Rob Norris; Charlie Geer, husband; Chet Little, husband and her parents.

Please join us in celebrating her life at 11:30 am on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Chaplin Danny Lane officiating. Burial will take place in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery at a later date.

The visitation will be on Saturday from 10:00am - 11:30 am at the funeral home.
