Darrell Gene Riley, 88, of Anderson, passed away on Sun day August 23, 2026, at Beaumont Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Anderson following an extended illness. He was born on March 14, 1938, in Anderson, Indiana to Richard W. and Dora Dean (Wash) Riley. He retired as an auto body service and repair technician. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them.

Darrell is survived by his daughter, Tammy Riley; three brothers, R.A. (wife Roberta) Riley, John Riley; a sister, Jane Hudspeth; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Debbie RIley; a brother, Joseph Riley; and four sisters, Fay Marie Bales, Janell Sue Bricker, Irma King, and Paula Lambert.

Cremation took place with Bozell Funeral Home and the family entrusted placement and memorialization to Anderson Memorial Park.
