Doris Orabell (Eilenstein) Breedlove, 99, of Anderson died peacefully at her residence on June 8, 2023.

Doris was born February 14, 1924 in Lebanon, Missouri, the daughter of Epolite and Rosetta (Riley) Eilenstein.

She worked production at Delco Remy division of General Motors for 13 1/2 years before retiring. She also worked at Anderson University as head cook. She was a devoted Christian and enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking, time with her family, mowing, fishing, mushroom hunting, photography and loved caring for children.

She is survived by her three children, Ronald (Martha) Breedlove of Anderson, Linda (Robert) Werling of Fort Wayne and Connie (Doug) Noble of Moran, Michigan; sister, Sherlene Coffman of Lebanon, Missouri and sister-in-law, Genevieve Admire of Missouri; nine grandchildren, Kelly (Chad) Oliver, Holly (David) Plough, Robert J. Werling, Jr., Jamie (Josh) Brown, Amy (Matt) Morgan, Kenneth (Jeanette) Olinger, Merritt (David) Gilbert, Kevin (Meagan) Noble and MacKenzie (Thomas) Crain; 17 great-grandchildren, Emily Harless, Ash Harless, Ivy Plough, Zoe Plough, Grant Werling, Grace Brown, Lillian Brown, Leah Morgan, Tim Morgan, Lillie Morgan, Teagan Olinger, Rylie Olinger, Lawson Gilbert, Hazel Gilbert, Everett Noble, Sawyer Noble and Julia Noble; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her spouse, John D. Breedlove whom she married April 6, 1946 in Anderson.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 noon Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Pastor Matthew Morgan of Grace Church in Morton, Illinois officiating. Entombment will follow at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be given to Compassus Hospice in Indianapolis.
