Emory "Dale" Davis

Emory "Dale" Davis, 95, of Ingalls, passed away on May 12, 2024, at Community Hospital Anderson. She was born on May 6, 1929, in Pennington Gap, Virginia.

Dale was a homemaker. She was a member of Phi Gamma Delta Sorority, Gamma Zeta Chapter, and a longtime member of the Moose Lodge #150 Ladies. She was a devoted wife who loved to cook and dote on her grandchildren. She also loved traveling with her family.

Dale is survived by her children; Gregory W. Davis, Mark E. Davis, Tamara Ann (Mark ) Nelson; grandchildren, Jordan G. (Chambra Wooley-Davis) Davis, Jessica Davis, Courtney Marie (Nick) Stultz, Adam (Morgan) Ruffner; great-grandchildren, Katelynn, Elijah, and Ava; several nieces and nephews including, Theresa (Doug) Riley, Deb (Glen) Nelson, Brenda (Al) Stokes, Roger Hall, Jeff (Penny) Taylor, Jim Denny, and Mike Wynn.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arland Edward Davis, son-in-law, Rex Ruffner, parents, James K. and Pearl (Kelly) Wynn; and 7 siblings.

Visitation will be held Thursday, May 16, 2024, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd Street Anderson, IN.

Graveside services will be held at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery at 1:30 pm on Thursday, May 16, 2024.
