Frank Richard Lacy, 65, of Mooreland, passed away on June 10, 2026, at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie, IN. He was born on February 4, 1961, in Anderson, Indiana.

He retired from General Motors as a journeyman tool and die maker with over 31 years of service. He was also a bus driver for Blue River Valley Schools.

He loved O gauge model trains and fishing.

Frank is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Anita (Saxon) Lacy with whom he had three beautiful children, Erin Colleen Lacy Hawkins, Richard Lacy and James Lacy; grandchildren, Gabe Hawkins, Addison Davidson, Amelia Davidson-Lacy; daughter-in-law, Ashley Davidson; sister, Sandra Berney; nephews, Daniel Berney, John Berney, David Berney, Chris Berney, and Brian Berney; cousin, Larry (Cindy) Bennett; and his beloved dogs, Niles, Daphne and Sherry.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George W. and Mary Lou Lacy; daughter, Erin Colleen Lacy Hawkins; and brother, Stuart Lacy.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 16, 2026, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd Street, Anderson, IN.

Services will be on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 1:00 pm at the funeral home.

Burial will take place in the Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Henry County Humane Society.
