Frank Allen Mills

He was born April 20, 1973, in Anderson, Indiana to Max Mills and Wanda (Jones) Mills.

Frank graduated from Lapel High School in 1992. He was employed by BSN Sports, serving local schools and colleges.

Frank was a devoted and loving son, brother, father, and friend. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Lapel. He was the director of the Optimist Club youth football league in Lapel for many years.

He is survived by his mother, Wanda Mills of Lapel; children, Blake Mills of Anderson, and Reese Mills of Anderson; siblings, Michael (Karen) Mills of Carmel, Carlton (Chris) Mills of Noblesville, and Beth Mills of Fishers; and beloved life partner, Jessica Swisher and her children, Alaina Carr, Aden Swisher and Alivia Swisher, all of Frankton. He is also survived by many loved ones.

Frank was preceded in death by his father, Max Mills and an infant son, Dalton Mills. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, April 22, 2022, at Bethel Baptist Church, 3308 S. State Road 13, Lapel, Indiana 46051, with Pastor Jimmy Gilbert officiating. Burial will follow in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery, Anderson, Indiana.

Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday at the church.

Per the family's request, in lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to Bethel Baptist Church or the Lapel Optimist Club.
