Herbert Dale Closser Jr.

Herbert Dale Closser Jr. passed away on June 8, 2024. He was born December 3, 1935, in Anderson, IN, and worked for General Motors in Anderson, IN, for 33 years. Herbert was a talented painter and woodworker. He also enjoyed playing golf and fishing.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Sandra Closser, with whom he shared a remarkable journey of 68 1/2 years. Herbert is also survived by his children Candas Dayton, Chris Closser, Constance Closser (Chris Mummert), and Charles Closser; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; a brother, Darrell Closser; and sister, Joy Olive.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Catherine Closser.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, from 10:30 am - 1:00 pm at Loose Funeral & Crematory, 200 W. 53 St. Anderson, IN.
