Jacqueline Todd

Jacqueline (Jackie Swinford) Todd, 92, of Anderson, passed away on September 9, 2024, at the Bethany Pointe Health Campus in Anderson, after a sudden illness.

She was born on June 14, 1932, and resided all of her life in Anderson. Jackie graduated from Anderson High School in 1950, marrying her high school sweetheart, Forest Todd on December 8, 1950. They were married for 65 years.

She retired from JC Penney's and was a member of First United Methodist Church in Anderson..

She enjoyed camping, going on cruises, sewing, quilting, and was a member of the Redbud Quilters Guild and Just Us Girls Bridge Club.

Jacqueline is survived by her daughters, Nancy (Greg) Catto of Anderson, and Debbie Todd of Anderson; grandchildren, Christy Catto, Kyle Catto, and Brandon (Megan) Todd; daughter-in-law, Cindy Todd; and great-grandchild, Colin Todd.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Forest Todd; son, Michael Todd; and her parents, Harry Weaver and Mildred (Swinford) Dixon.

Visitation will be Friday, September 13, 2024, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, in Anderson, IN.

Services will follow visitation at 1:00 pm at the funeral home, with Rev. DonDeena Johnson officiating.

Burial will take place in the Anderson Memorial Park, Anderson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Protection League or First United Methodist Church.
