Jaime Lynn Meeker

Jaime "Roo" Lynn Meeker, 47, of Anderson, Indiana, was born on March 11, 1978, in Anderson to Rick and Gloria Bilyeu. She passed away peacefully in her home in Anderson on January 28, 2026.
Jaime was a woman of loud strength, deep thought, and unmistakable authenticity. She was never afraid to be herself, and that honesty was one of the many things those who knew her admired and loved.
Above all else, Jaime loved her children, her daughter Andrea and her son Jared, more than life itself. They were the center of her world, and her love for them was constant, fierce, and unconditional.
Jaime found peace and joy in the simple moments. She loved to read, often spending time on the porch with a cup of coffee and a good book, watching the day unfold. Sometimes her daughter would join her, turning those quiet moments into cherished memories.
A lifelong learner with a deep interest in understanding others, Jaime proudly earned her Master’s degree in Psychology in 2024 from Capella University, a testament to her dedication, perseverance, and compassionate heart.
She was also an avid and devoted cat momma to Hazel, Nova, and Emma, whom she loved dearly and cared for deeply.
Jaime is survived by her parents, Rick and Gloria Bilyeu; daughter, Andrea Meeker; and son, Jared Meeker
Jaime was preceded in death by grandmother, Janet McCullough
