Jesse L. Bradberry

Jesse L. Bradberry, 96, of Anderson, passed away on Dec. 22, 2021, at Community Hospital in Anderson. He was born on Feb. 19, 1925, in Van Buren County, Arkansas, to the late Jesse and Mary (Newsom) Bradberry. He married Tena Haliburton on Dec. 21, 1947. They shared 57 years of marriage together before her passing on Sept. 30, 2005. Jesse retired from Guide Corporation in 1981 after 26 years of service. He served his country in the U.S. Army and was a Disabled American Veteran. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and loved his garden. Jesse is survived by his children Arlin Bradberry, Judith Faulstich and Gary Bradberry, all of Anderson; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; brothers in-law Leslie (Zula) Haliburton, of DeWitt, Arkansas, Earl LaRue, of Mooreland, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Tena; five sisters and two brothers. Services will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory, 515 E. 53rd St., Anderson, IN 46013 with burial at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
