John William Smalley
February 26, 1934 — April 19, 2023
John graduated from Knightstown High School.
He was a member of the Middletown Church of the Nazarene. John loved camping, fishing, bowling, and playing golf, but he especially loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his loving wife, Aida Smalley; son, Jeffrey Smalley; stepchildren, Cathy (Tony) Baker, Bill Bausman and David Minnick; grandchildren, Brittani, Jessica, McKenzie, Jordan, Jared, Kaylynn, Kirsten, Tonia, Heather, Cassie, and Tori; and numerous great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; late wife, Jo E. Smalley; and siblings, MaryAnn, Mildred, and Paul.
Visitation will be held Saturday, April 22, 2023, 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd St. Anderson, IN.
Services will follow visitation at 2:30 pm at the funeral home with Dr. Philip Rogers officiating.
Burial will take place in the Anderson Memorial Park.
