Kathy Louise Friend

Kathy Louise Friend, 73, of Anderson, passed away on November 25, 2024. She entered this world on March 22, 1951, in Muncie, Indiana. She had RH factor blood, which required her to have a complete blood exchange at one day old.

She had a love for her cousins and a passion for animals. She became a Christian in 1984.

She was a graduate of Madison Heights High School. Her jobs were all in retail where she lived, including Florida, Wyoming, and Indiana. She was noted for being very conscientious in her work.

She is survived by her sister, Linda (Chuck) Bagley, in North Carolina; nieces, Karen (Lee) Ross and Denise (Jason) Donica; nephews, Ian Friend, Jayson (Misty) Friend, Dean (Chrissy) Bagley, and Darin (Sheryl Mitchell) Bagley.

She was preceded in death by her father, George Friend; mother, Hilda Friend; and brother, Larry Friend.

We would like to thank her best friends, Cia and Linda for all their help, as well as cousins, Randy and Rodney.

A graveside service will be held at a later date at Anderson Memorial Park.
