Larie A. Thompson

Larie grew up in the Union City area.

She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who gave great attention to family details, sending cards, and communicating often with all of her children and grandchildren.

Larie was preceded in death by her daughter, Melissa A. Wigger, her parents, her brother, Franz Moore, her sister, Ceresa Moore, and her son-in-law, Steven Wigger.

She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Robert L. "Bob" Thompson, Pendleton; her children, Mark A. Thompson, Anderson, and Martisha Webb (Duane), Muncie; her grandchildren, Christina Himelick (Keith), Rachel Himelick (Micah), Marjorie Lane, Elisabeth Heskett (Mark), and Jordan Webb; and eight great-grandchildren and one expected this year; her brother, Garner Moore (Nancy).

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at 1:00 P.M. at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd Street, Anderson, with Pastor Mark Heskett officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 - 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
