Larry Ralph Hoover

Larry Ralph Hoover, 77, passed away on May 14, 2024. He was born September 19, 1946, in Anderson IN. To the late Ralph and Janet Hoover, Larry graduated from Anderson High School in 1966 and served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam, he retired from General Motors after 40 years. He was a Deacon and active member of Valley Grove Free Will Baptist Church. Larry also enjoyed the many activities of his grandchildren.
Larry is survived by his wife Nancy Hoover, sons Matthew A. & Joanna Hoover and Joshua A. & Rae Hoover, Step-children, Todd & Emily Ray, and Eric & Kristin Rausch. Grandchildren, Kendall, Madelyn, Elaina, Callen, and Declan Hoover. Step grandchildren, AJ, Tina, James, Colton, Jamica and Aaron Ray, Alexis, and Michael Rausch. Special friends Keith Teems, Wes Etchison, and the late Wayne Wigner.
He was preceded in death by both parents and sisters Pam Brooks and Sue Turner.
Visitation will be held Saturday, May 18, 2024, from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, with funeral services starting at 1:00 pm, all being held at Loose Funeral Home and Crematory, 200 W. 53 St. Anderson, IN.
