Lynda Kay Ash

Lynda Kay Ash, 82, of Alexandria, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on March 28, 2025. She was born on March 13, 1943, in Indianapolis, Indiana, the daughter of Arthur and Ruth Steves.

She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Daleville, was an avid reader, like to sing and play the piano, but especially loved to spend time with her family.

Lynda is survived by her loving son, Mark Alan Ash, Sr.; grandchildren, Kelly (Sandra) Marsh, Brandon Ash (Jacinta), Owen Ash (Amber), Bob Marsh, Zach (Jessie) Ash, Katie Ash, and Taryn (Reis) Stroup, and a host of great-grandchildren. Also surviving is her sister, Nancy Cordes; brother, Bill (Karen) Steves; and dog, Rooks.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dale Lee Ash; sons, James Arthur Ash and Andrew Glenn Ash; daughter-in-law, Toya Lynn Ash; and grandson, Mark Alan Ash, Jr.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 3, 2025, 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, Anderson, IN.

Services will follow visitation at 2:30 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Mark Freeman officiating.

Burial will take place in the Anderson Memorial Park.
