Lynda Darlene Townsend

Lynda Darlene Townsend, 73, passed away Feb. 16, 2023. Lynda was born May 13, 1949 to William and Welchia Warbington. She was a 1967 Anderson High School graduate, Anderson University graduate with a bachelors in marketing and Delco Remy retiree. Lynda enjoyed Bible Study, traveling, reading, dogs and spending time with family and friends. Lynda is survived by her husband Harold Townsend; son Brad (Karra) Townsend; daughter Erin (Todd) Black; grandchildren Sydney Townsend, Cameron Townsend, Samara Black, Adelyn Black and a host of family and friends. Lynda was preceded in death by her parents William Warbington and Welchia Warbington Service will be noon Friday at Eastside Church of God, 2600 E. 5th St., Anderson, with viewing 2 hours prior to service. Burial at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
