Marilyn Jane Bilbrey

Marilyn Jane Bilbrey, 86, of Anderson, passed away on January 9, 2026. She was born on January 21, 1939, in Anderson, Indiana and resided most of her life in Anderson.

Marilyn graduated from Anderson High School.

She was a realtor for O.C. Clark.

She was a member of East Side Church of God in Anderson and liked sewing, storytelling, and crocheting.

Marilyn is survived by her son, Rex Bilbrey of Los Angeles, CA; sister, Ruth Ann; brother, Dinnis; sister-in-law, Brilla; grandchildren, Allison, Rowen, Clay and Brontë; great-grandchildren, Elaina, Isaiah, Nazareth, Sebastian, Saint, and Greyson; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ray Bilbrey; parents, George and Ruth McAshlan; son, Rick Bilbrey; and sister, Nancy.

Visitation will be held Saturday, January 17, 2026, 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd St. Anderson, IN.

Services will follow visitation at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with Rev. Dr. Anita Jack officiating.

Burial will take place in the Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
