Mary Roselyn Voss, 81, Petersburg, passed away on January 20, 2025, at her residence.

She was born February 14, 1943, in Lebanon, Indiana, to Walter Jessup Voss and Grace Roseland McVicker Voss. She was graduated from Yorktown High School in 1961. She was a veteran of the United States Navy. She loved to read, complete crosswords and word searches, and had a soft spot for all animals.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Terry Voss, and David Voss; and two sisters, Nancy Bright and Carol Steigerwalt.

Survivors include one brother, Gene Voss, and several nieces, nephews, and various other relatives.

Arrangements are being handled by Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service, 229 South Rangeline Road, Anderson, Indiana. There will be a private family viewing Monday, January 27, and a graveside service to follow at 1 p.m. at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, she requested that donations be made to any local humane society.
