Okemo K. Brisker

Okemo K. Brisker, 49, passed away June 22, 2024. Okemo was born Aug. 13,1974 to Betty Brisker and Roy Curtis. He attended Anderson Community Schools and employed at Barber Manufacturing. Okemo enjoyed BBQ, music and spending time with family and friends.
Okemo is survived by his wife Virsila Brisker; son Antwain Ross; daughters Brittany Ross, Keaira Brisker, Kyleigh Brisker, Brionna Brisker, Kayla Brisker, Asia Newsom; sisters Andrea (Lee) Sharpe, Frances (Alfred) Steele, Evonne (Armond) Wright, Angela Brisker; brother Royce (Cynthia) Brisker, Paul Anthony Brisker 14 grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
Okemo was preceded in death by his mother Betty Jean Brisker; father Roy Curtis; and son Kendrick Williams Brisker.
Funeral service will be 11am Saturday at Glazebrooks Funeral Services, 2822 Nichol Ave, with visitation 2 hours prior to service.
Burial at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
