Patricia M. Watkins, passed away peacefully at her home in Anderson, Indiana on June 25th, 2026. She was born on December 8th,1926, in Palaski County, Kentucky, to the late Killis Wilson and Bonnie (Hall) Wilson. She moved to New Castle, Indiana, when she was a child and attended Cadiz High School. In 1994, she moved to Anderson, Indiana.
Pat had worked varies jobs including the State Mental Hospital in New Castle, Philco Ford in Connersville, and General Motors in Muncie until she retired in 1986. She had a passion for dancing. Pat went dancing on weekends until she was 88 years old. She loved meeting new people and making friends everywhere she went. She has been a member of the Eagles in Alexandria since 1997 and Primos since the late 1980’s. Most important to her was her family and spending time with them.
She is survived by her sons, Jerry Conn, of Anderson, Terry (Doni) Troxell, of Muncie, and her daughter, Sherry Troxell, Anderson. Also, surviving is her her grandchildren, Larry (Jane) Conn, Burke Conn, Nikki (Keith) Jackson, Chris (Annette) Conn, Josh Conn, Denuim (Josh) Craig, Jesse (Michelle) Craig, Holden Horine, Nathan (Jessica) Horine, Matthew Horine, Kyle (Jasmine) Horine, William Troxell, Samantha (Trentyn Neal) Troxell, and several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and great-great granddaughter, Aaronae Craig, whom she called her special angel.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Carl Wilson and Edward Wilson; sisters, Ina Wilson, Dorothey Hilton, Joyce Tucker, Rose Neal, and Jean Gorman; grandchildren, Mindy Conn, Richard Davis Conn and LaTonia Conn; and great-grandchildren, Brandon Ritchie, and Jullian Craig.
Viewing will be on Thursday, July 2nd, 2026, from 1:00 pm -2:00 pm with services following at 2 pm, at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd Street, Anderson, Indiana.
Burial will follow at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery, 6805 Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard Anderson, Indiana.
