Paul R. Malone

Paul R. Malone, 96, of Anderson, passed away on August 13, 2026, at Community Hospital Anderson. He was born on September 5, 1929, in Altoona, PA.

Paul graduated from Penn State University with a BSME degree. He proudly served his country in US Army during the Korean War.

He retired from the Inland Fisher Guide Division of General Motors.

He was a member of the New Horizons United Methodist Church, Central Indiana Old Car Club, Vintage Chevrolet Club of America, Madison County Historical Society, American Legion, Fellowship Lodge #681, Scottish Rite Valley of Indianapolis, Murat Shrine, and Madison County Shrine Club.

Paul is survived by his loving spouse of 72 years, Dorothy (Godfrey) Malone; daughter, Beth Ann (David) Layer; grandchildren, Wendy (Phil) Rozzi, William (Jodi) Alexander; and 4 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his son, Bruce Malone, father, W. Paul Malone; mother, Olive Malone; and siblings, Helen Yon and John Malone, MD

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 17, 2026, from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, Anderson, IN.

Services will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 2:30 pm, beginning with a Masonic Service, at the funeral home with Dr. Aaron Brown officiating.

Burial will take place in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to New Horizons United Methodist Church in his honor.
