Phyllis Jeanette French, 97, passed away on October 29, 2022, at Grace Village, Winona Lake, Indiana. She was born August 13, 1925, in Cumberland County, Tennessee. She resided most of her life in Anderson, Indiana, and her last 4 years at Grace Village.

Jeanette attended school in Cold Springs, Tennessee. She is a retired homemaker and also worked several years at the A&M Store in Meadowbrook, and for a short period of time at Delco Remy. She was a long-time member of the Meadowbrook Church of Christ.

She is survived by her sons, Gary Dale (Pamela) French, Rodney Alan (Vicki) French, and George Brent French; nine grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Elias French, daughter Connie Marlene French, parents George and Beulah Wattenbarger, and sister Maxine Ledbetter.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 11, 2022, 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm, at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd St., Anderson, IN 46013. Services will directly follow visitation at 1:00 pm at the funeral home.

Burial will take place at Anderson Memorial Park.
