Rebecca Sue Peters

Rebecca Sue "Susie" Peters, 77, of Anderson, passed away on June 1, 2023. She was born on April 7, 1946, in Anderson, Indiana.

Rebecca graduated from Anderson High School and ran a home daycare.

She was a member of Fall Creek Christian Church.

Rebecca is survived by her children Greg (Stacey) Carpenter, Shelli (Greg) Albright, Amy (Ryan) Belden, Carrie (Dustin) Johnson; siblings, Marjorie Amick, Ruth Scott, and Patsy Kellem; grandchildren, Meghan Carpenter, Mikayla Belden, Isaac Johnson, Jacob, Noah, Jonathan, David, Chloe, and Aaron Albright; and special friends, the Kaufman, Foster, and Dr. Mares families.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Edmund Peters; parents, Grover and Nellie Johnson; siblings, Thomas Johnson, Mary Frances Johnson, Rose McDonald, Barbara Roberts, Betty Adams, Sarah Alfrey, James Johnson, Donald Johnson, and Jerry Johnson.

Visitation will be held June 16, 2023, at Fall Creek Christian Church from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3:00 pm at the church with Pastor Tom Wiles officiating.

Burial will take place in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
