Ronald Lynn Meek

He was born August 12, 1948 in Anderson, the son of Fred W. and Ruth L. (King) Meek. He worked production at Delco Remy division of General Motors for 36 years before retiring.

He is survived by his son, Frank Meek of Fort Wayne and his daughter, Jennifer Brawner of Ormond, FL; two sisters, Cheryl (Bob) Stow of Crossville, Tennessee and Marsha Reed of Anderson; five children, grandchildren, Brittanie Butcher, Lauren Brawner, Nicholas Crockett, Kane Meek and Jacob Meek; several nieces and nephews; extended special family, Alex, Christiane, Cloey and Tucker Griffin.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Duane Bennett.

Funeral service will be held at noon on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Ned Clark of Chesterfield Christian Church officiating.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the service Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be given to Riley's Hospital for Children.
