Sandra "Sandy" Bilyeu, 63, of Anderson, passed away peacefully after an extended illness on August 30, 2026, at the St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. She was born on November 27, 1962, in Anderson, Indiana, where she resided all of her life.

Sandy graduated from Highland High School in 1982.

She worked in the accounting department for the Department of Defense at Fort Benjamin Harrison in Indianapolis.

She was an avid bowler when she was younger and loved shopping and spending time with her pets and family.

Sandy is survived by her loving brothers, Rick (Gloria) Bilyeu and Steve (Donnesa) Bilyeu; nephews, Alex Bilyeu, Matthew Bilyeu, and Michael (Erin) Bilyeu; and several great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Eleanor Bilyeu; niece, Jaime Meeker; step-sister, Pam (Bob) Gregg.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 4, 2026, 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm, at Loose Funeral Home.

Services will follow visitation at 2:30 pm at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
