On the evening of January 18, 2023, Terry Lynn Stonebarger passed away after a brief battle with cancer. She was born on September 27, 1952, to Robert V. Shultz and Carolyn M. (Claypool) Shultz.

The Lord blessed her and her siblings with the absolute best parents in the world. Her dad gave her to the love of her life and her “battle Buddy”, Levi Ralph Stonebarger, Jr. They were blessed with 51 years of marriage filled with love, laughter, hard work, and family. They were given a son, Michael Stonebarger (Tracy Dell), and a daughter, Heather Miller (Mike).

Their daughter Heather increased the love in their family by giving them three granddaughters and their life partners, Sabrina McGill (Eric Naselroad), Kelsey McGill (Tim Crisler), Emerald McGill (Braxton), and a grandson, Durst McGill. Sabrina McGill gave her three great-grandsons, Eian, Stephen, and Liam. Kelsey McGill gave her a great-grandson, Robert J. McGill.

Terry is survived by her husband, Levi R. Stonebarger, Jr., a daughter and a son, three granddaughters, a grandson, four great-grandsons, and two great-granddaughters, along with two sisters, Karol Lewellen (John), and Kimberly Powless (Joseph), and one brother, Brian Shultz (Cindi Foshee).

She was preceded in death by her parents, four sets of grandparents, and her mother-in-law and father-in-law.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, from 11:00 A.M.-12:30 P.M. at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd Street, Anderson, followed by a graveside service at 1:00 P.M. at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery. There will also be a dinner and celebration of Terry’s life on Saturday, January 28, 2023, from 1:00 P.M.-3:00 P.M. at The Community Room by Loose Funeral Homes, 200 W. 53rd Street, Anderson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Cerebral Palsy Foundation.
